If reservation e-mails are not received after completing the online reservation procedures, please check the setting instructions below. Sent e-mails can be accessed in the mailbox on “My Page”.
E-mail addresses registered for use on mobile devices are normally set at default for rejecting spam e-mails. Once the specified domain on your mobile device is unblocked, please contact us to have the unreceived e-mail(s) sent again. * For information on how to change the settings on your mobile device, please contact your mobile device provider/carrier company After you have unblocked e-mails from the domains "@skyticket.com" and "@dp.skyticket.jp", please call or e-mail us to have the unreceived e-mail(s) sent again. * For information on how to change the settings on your mobile device, please contact your mobile device provider/carrier company [Contact] Please register the new e-mail address in the “Edit Member's Information” found on “My Page”, or e-mail us to have your e-mail address changed. Check Messages Online via “My Page” (Reservation Details)
In this case, e-mails such as confirmation of payment and final confirmation of booking will be sent to the mailbox on “My Page” and not to the registered e-mail address.Domain/Spam E-mail Settings
