A: If a flight is canceled due to inclement weather, strikes or any other reasons irrelevant to the passenger, cancellation fee(s) will not be deducted when making refunds.（Handling and administrative fees are non-refundable）
Refunds for payments made via convenience stores, Pay-easy and Amazon Pay will be made to designated bank accounts and refunds for payments made by credit cards will be debited to credit card accounts.
Please note that full refund processes may require up to 2 calendar months for completion.
