skyticket Usage

1. Air Ticket Search

Please select your preferred options (departure dates, place of departure, destination of arrival) from the search screen and click the "Search" button.

Reservations via e-mail and telephone (+81-3-6450-2512) are also accepted.

* A handling fee (per passenger per one-way) of JPY500 will be charged for confirmed reservations made via telephone
 (The above handling fee is a mandatory charge)

Consultations for flight reservations are FREE. Call us if you require assistance.

2. Search Results

Search results are displayed in accordance to search entry preferences.
Search results will display flights of various airlines.

* Seat availabilities are NOT displayed in search results

When making a reservation, click on the flight route of your preference and fill in the necessary information.
Click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to continue your reservation.

3. Reservation Screen

Fill in the required information and click on the "Next" button (ensure your entry is correct) to continue to the confirmation page.
Online reservations can be submitted 24-hours a day.

* All fields marked "Required" must be filled
* Your reservation online is not a confirmed booking
 Note: Your reservation is complete only after you have received a confirmation e-mail (invoice)
* Please ensure that all information provided at time of reservation is correct
* Please note that you may be rejected from boarding your flight if there are errors in the information (such as incorrect name spelling) you
 provide during reservation

4. Reservation Confirmation Screen

Please check to ensure that the information you have provided is correct when making your reservation.
Click the "Next" button to process your request after you have confirmed that all the information you have entered is correct.

5. Reservation Complete Screen

An auto-generated e-mail with your entry details will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
A separate e-mail confirming your reservation will be sent after you have completed your online reservation.

6. Invoice and Payment

Please check the flight details to ensure that all information are correct and read the cancellation policy when you receive the invoice (confirmation e-mail). Upon affirming that all flight details are correct and in order, please proceed to make your credit card payment before the purchase deadline. We will process the issuance of your air ticket(s), once we have confirmed receiving your payment.

After all necessary ticket issue procedures are completed, you will receive a ''[skyticket] Final Information'' e-mail within 3 working days from the day the payment received e-mail is sent to you.
* For all departures 3 months and later, or passengers with reservations on discounted airfares on Ultra SAKITOKU, Super SAKITOKU and SAKITOKU Advance Purchase Fare, the ''[skyticket] Final Information''

7. Retrieval of E-ticket

Flights on ANA, JAL, Air Do (ADO), Starflyer (SFJ), Solaseed Air (SNA), ORC, IBX

E-ticket(s) will be sent to you via e-mail upon confirmation of booking(s).
* Boarding pass(es) will be issued at the airport on the day of departure
An e-mail with the confirmation and reservation numbers for exchange with an air ticket will be sent to you.


<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Present your confirmation number to the check-in staff at the check-in counter
・ Enter your confirmation number to check-in at the automated check-in machine

* Checking-in at check-in counters are mandatory when automated check-in machines are not available
 Please check-in at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure time

Flights on Fuji Dream (FDA), Amakusa Airlines(AMX)

E-ticket(s) will be sent to you via e-mail upon confirmation of booking(s).
* Boarding pass(es) will be issued at the airport on the day of departure
An e-mail with the reservation number for exchange with an air ticket will be sent to you.


<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Present your reservation number to the check-in staff at the check-in counter
・ Enter your reservation number to check-in at the automated check-in machine

* Checking-in at check-in counters are mandatory when automated check-in machines are not available
 Please check-in at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure time

Flights on Skymark Airlines (SKY)

The air ticket exchange slip(s) will be sent to you via e-mail or fax.


<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Check-in at the automated check-in machine by scanning the bar code printed on your confirmation page
・ Present your air ticket exchange slip at the check-in counter

 Please check-in at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure time

Flights on Jetstar, Peach Aviation, Vanilla Air, Spring Airlines

The reservation number(s) will be sent to you via e-mail.


<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Enter your reservation number to check-in at the automated check-in machine
・ Present your reservation number to the check-in staff at the check-in counter

Please check-in at least 35 minutes before the scheduled departure time
Selection of seats are available on departure day only (reserved seats incur additional charges)
