Issue Receipt

Receipts (PDF format) can be issued directly online.

For registered members of skyticket, please log in to your account and click on “Reservation Details” and “For more details”, then click on “Issue Receipt” and fill in the necessary details.
For non-registered users, please access the URL contained in the e-mail you received after booking and click on “Reservation Details” and “For more details”, then click on “Issue Receipt” and fill in the necessary details.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if any error occurs, including errors in the total amount of payment made.
Kindly note that all bank remittance handling charges (if applicable) are not included in the receipt.
Other fees and charges as shown below are included in the receipt.
(The amounts included in the receipt are in accordance to the accounting legislation of the legal tax office)

Important Information Prior to Issuing a Receipt

  • Names and details cannot be changed after receipt is issued
  • Receipts cannot be issued if names are left blank
  • Bank remittance charges (if any) cannot be included in receipts
  • Amounts reflected on receipts cannot be higher than the actual paid amount
  • Receipts are issued in PDF format only
    (In order to view the receipt (PDF file), you will require a PDF reader software, such as the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC)
