• · Reconfirmation

Reconfirmation of your return flight may be required for some airlines from the country you arrive in and should be done at least 72 hours before you board the return flight. (We recommend that you reconfirm your return flight on arrival as reconfirmation can be done at the respective airline counters at the airport you arrive in)



• Reconfirmation Procedure

For reconfirmation of your return flight, please call the airline company in the country of arrival and inform the staff that you would like to reconfirm your return flight by providing them with your return flight number, date, departure airport and your name as in your passport/air ticket. Kindly note that you may be requested to provide them with a contact number (your mobile phone number or your accommodation hotel number) in the country.

Code-sharing flights carry 4-digit flight numbers and are flights operated by partnering carriers.
Aircraft, crews, including in-flight services and checked baggage are provided in the standards of the code-sharing flight partners.

- China Southern Airlines (CZ)
If air tickets for international and domestic flights are issued separately, reconfirmation is required for the domestic sectors only.
- Shanghai Airlines (FM)
Flights on domestic sectors require reconfirmation 2 days before noon time. However, if your departure for the next flight is within 72 hours upon arrival, reconfirmation is not required.
- Garuda Indonesia (GA)
Reconfirmation is not required if your departure for the next flight is within 72 hours upon arrival. Reconfirmation is also not required if you have a local contact number registered with Garuda Indonesia at time of purchase of air tickets.
- Xiamen Airlines (MF)
Reconfirmation is not required if you have a local contact number registered airline(s) at time of purchase of air tickets.

- Turkish Airlines (TK)
Reconfirmation is not required if your departure for the next flight is within 72 hours upon arrival.
- Qatar Airways (QR)
Reconfirmation is required at least 72 hours for return flights for all passengers (including visitors to Jeddah).
