Central Pacific College (CPC) offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to improve the 4 skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), with an emphasis on speaking proficiency.

Condominium residences are all located within a 10-minute walking distance from the campus.

All residences are equipped with swimming pools, gymnasiums, and other facilities, and are within walking distance to supermarkets and daily necessities stores, so students can spend their time comfortably during their stay in Hawaii.

    Long Term Program for students holding Student Visas (F-1)
    (20 hours per week program from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM)

    Consisting of 8 levels from Beginner to Advanced, this program is intended for students 17 years of age and older.
    Designed to allow students to control their own progress through individual study plans, the program focuses on improving the communication and academic skills of students.

  • Short-Term English Program (STEP)

    Short Term Program for students not holding Student Visas (F-1)
    (16 hours per week program from Mondays to Thursdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM)

    The program is structured similarly to the EPP program, with classes held alongside longer-term students.
    Students are placed in morning and afternoon classes from Beginner to Advanced according to placement tests, with a maximum duration of 12 weeks.

  • TOEFL®︎ program

    TOEFL® Test Preparation Program
    (20 hours per week program from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM)

    Original vocabulary books and strategy guides are used, and AI-scored practice tests are given once every four weeks to efficiently improve scores in a short span of time.
    This course is recommended for those who are intending to enter a college or university in an English-speaking country or for those who are planning to get a new job after returning to their home country.

The Ala Moana area, where the school and dormitory are located, is well known for its two major landmarks, the Ala Moana Center and the Ala Moana Regional Park (Ala Moana Beach Park).
