I have been a long time customer of Aeromexico, and overall, I am happy to recommend Aeromexico. All of their planes are clean and are new or recently renovated. Their air ticket prices are competitive and their service is competent. For this particular trip, I was flying from Mexico City to New York, and as always they impressed me with their organization, state of their planes. Above else, I appreciated the Aeromexico highly trained and always welcoming flight attendants and staff.
Very efficient and smooth check-in for my trip to Mexico City with Aeromexico. The outbound flight had a great cabin and very comfortable seats, which had good seat pitch and seat width. The return flight plane was a bit older but, the cabin looked new, and the cabin crew members were extremely professional and pleasant. Drinks were served along with a dry snack. I highly recommend Aeromexico and I will fly with Aeromexico again.
