The frequent flyer and mileage program for airBaltic is called airBaltic Club. Passengers can collect points called pins to shop in airports, stay in hotels, rent cars, dine in restaurants and also shop at international online stores by using the airBaltic PINS MasterCard. As airBaltic is not part of any airline alliance, points cannot be shared between different airlines.
Passengers can check-in online through the airBaltic website, airport counters, or self check-in kiosks near the airport counters. Checking-in online is free of charge, but a fee may apply if checking-in at the airport counters.
