Flights between Toronto and New York were cancelled and no longer wheelchair accessible.

I didn't know if I

I didn't know if I could save miles or not. I was not able to choose my seat on the return trip.
I wanted to fly from Vancouver to Toronto, but my baggage was flown to Montreal and then sent on a different plane.
It was for the convenience of the airline company, but I thought there must be something they could do about it!

Used Air Canada as the only direct flight to Toronto. I am fed up with Haneda Terminal 3 because the distance to customs upon arrival is too long.
