Frequent Flyer Program | Qantas Frequent Flyer |
In 2001, Airnorth formed a partnership with Qantas Airways, one of Australia's leading airlines. This partnership has streamlined connections between the two airlines, including smoother baggage transfers during layovers, significantly enhancing passenger convenience. Additionally, Airnorth passengers can earn points in Qantas Airways' mileage program, "Qantas Frequent Flyer." Given that air travel is a primary mode of transportation across Australia's vast expanse, the expanded services of airlines are a welcomed benefit for travelers.
In addition to operating scheduled flights, Airnorth also provides charter services. Through its partnership with Indonesia's Merpati Nusantara Airlines, Airnorth offers charter flights to destinations not served by scheduled routes, such as Kupang in Indonesia and Manila, the capital of the Philippines. With high-performance aircraft and a team of experienced crew members, Airnorth's more than 30 years of charter operation experience stand as a testament to the trust and loyalty it has earned from its customers.

Since Airnorth has limited in-flight meal options, passengers with specific dietary requirements are permitted to bring their own food (excluding alcoholic beverages). While drink service is typically available, meal service and alcohol sales vary depending on the route and aircraft in use.
A 140-page in-flight magazine, featuring the attractions of Australia, is available for free. It’s a handy guide for learning more about Australia while on the move. A digital version is also available on Air North’s official website, so be sure to check it out.
Airnorth offers three fare types: Air Sale, Air Saver, and Air Flex. While Air Sale and Air Saver fares allow changes for a fee, cancellations only provide a credit for future travel. Air Flex fares offer free changes and fully refundable cancellations, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Unaccompanied minors incur a fixed fee, regardless of the fare type. Infants, however, travel free on all domestic and international flights across all Airnorth fare types.
Airnorth's Embraer E170 and E190 jets feature a 2 x 2 seating layout, offering comfortable leather-upholstered seats. The Embraer E120 Brasilia has a 2 x 1 configuration designed for smaller passenger loads.
All Airnorth flights feature amenities such as lavatory facilities, security pre-screening, HEPA air filters, and catering services for passenger comfort.
Airnorth does not currently have a frequent flyer program. The previous partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer ended in May 2020, and no loyalty points or miles are offered on Airnorth flights.
At this time, Airnorth does not participate in any airline loyalty or frequent flyer programs. Passengers are encouraged to check for updates on Airnorth's website for future developments.
