On international flights, there are two types of classes besides economy class. The business smartium class and first class offer numerous entertainment options such as on-demand video which enables passengers to choose their type of in-flight entertainment onboard. A number of options to watch latest movies and TV series are also available for economy class passengers.

On domestic routes, the in-flight entertainment system is not available for economy class passengers. However, you can enjoy a wide range of meals and beverages, which are offered regularly onboard on all air ticket classes.

Online check-in allows air ticket holders to check-in and receive their boarding pass via email 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. By checking-in online, you can choose your seat and pre-select your meal or the type of beverages that you prefer. Please note that passengers who have booked their air ticket as part of a group are not allowed to check-in online.

Aside from checking-in online, you can check-in at the airport at the Asiana Airlines service counters. Please make sure to arrive at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time as there may be a long queue at the airline counters.
