Base members’ miles expire after 24 months. Higher-tier members (e.g., Diamante) and Clube TudoAzul subscribers enjoy extended validity.

If you are up to 28 weeks pregnant, you can fly without a doctor's certificate. If you are between 29 and 35 weeks pregnant, you will need a doctor's certificate and a document that proves that you have permission. This is almost the same for multiple pregnancies.

If you cancel an airline ticket purchased with Azul Points, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the conditions, but the points will be refunded later and will not be lost.

Pets can only be brought on domestic flights, not international flights. If you bring a pet, it must weigh less than 5kg and be in a secure cage.

Wheelchairs can be brought on board, but if they are equipped with batteries, they must be separated from the wheelchair as the batteries cannot be brought on board. For more information, we recommend contacting the customer center.
