Like many other international airlines, Azul Brazilian Airlines has a frequent flyer program to encourage passengers to register and earn points. Points earned through the frequent flyer program depends on air ticket class and distance travelled on Azul or with any of its partners. Other than purchasing an air ticket, there are other ways to earn mileage points including shopping at the airline’s stores or other associated businesses by using branded credit or debit cards. All points can be redeemed in the form of an air ticket, travel class upgrade, airport lounge access and other services.

Azul Brazilian Airlines check-in options are as follows: Online check-in, Mobile check-in, Self service check-in, and counter check-in.Passengers must check-in at least two hours before the flight at the airport for international flights. Passengers may check-in online for domestic flights 72 hours before the flight and up to 90 minutes before flight departure time.
