On our return trip to

On our return trip to Japan, we changed planes in Bangkok from Phuket and were looking at 2 hours for that trip. However! My checked baggage from Phuket did not go through, and I had to pick up my baggage once in Bangkok and check myself back in! That took a long time, and I managed to make it, but I almost missed my flight. I would not use Bangkok Airways again if I could! I would never use Bangkok Airways again if I could!

I arrived in BKK early

I arrived in BKK early in the morning for transit after a late night flight, and then gave up sightseeing in the city because I had to catch a pre-noon flight to REP. I decided not to go sightseeing in the city, so I relaxed in the business lounge, which I had purchased as an option through online check-in. The pictures on the wall were stylish, the sofa was comfortable, and there was a couch where you can lie down. We almost had the lounge to ourselves. The wonton soup I got was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture.

It was a reasonable trip

It was a reasonable trip for the price, so I would say it was not bad. I would have been happy if the food on the plane had been better.
The coffee was lukewarm, which was disappointing.
I would appreciate it if you could increase the variety of movies.
That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Bangkok - Chiang Mai

I took an early return flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok and boarded a JAL flight back to Haneda on the same day, but I had to pick up my baggage in Bangkok, which was very difficult. I thought I should have been able to go through without baggage popping up in Bangkok. Also, one of the three passengers who had booked the flight could not go due to illness, and there was no refund, so we had to leave it as it was.
