Everything was perfect during my flight from New York to Montego Bay. Flight
attendants were smiling, caring, and very polite. The planes were clean, the leg-room
exceptional, and crew was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Meals are fresh and delicious, restaurant-quality! Seats are very spacious and comfortable. The onboard entertainment system is also awesome. I can only say that they are setting an impressive standard of service for all other airlines. I would recommend Caribbean Airlines to everyone.
Very efficient and smooth check-in for my trip from Toronto to Trinidad and Tobago.
The outbound flight had a great cabin and very comfortable seats with a good seat pitch and width. The return flight plane was a bit older, but the cabin still looked like new. The cabin crew was extremely professional and pleasant. Drinks were served along with a dry snack. Highly recommended and will fly Caribbean Airlines again.
