The Premium Economy Class on Cathay Pacific Airways’ new Airbus A350 is awesome. The extra legroom and recline is great and I was even able to sleep on the overnight flight from Hong Kong to Brisbane. Meals were excellent, and the extra storage section under the screen in the seatback in front is great for a phone or other small items, a great alternative to stuffing them in the elastic seat pocket. The entertainment system is also superb with a very good choice of video-on-demand movies, TV series, documentary movies, etc.
I was flying from London to Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific Airways provided a great flight experience that exceeded my expectations. It offers virtual First Class meal service, and the menu includes a lot of options. They also provide a mattress to make a bed. Because my arrival as early, I used the Arrivals Lounge until a decent hour to travel to town for my hotel check-in.
Currently, changing the ticket online function is available for original Cathay Pacific Airways tickets purchased online.

Yes. An extra legroom seat is assigned only upon full payment of the extra legroom seat fees and fare.
There will be a refund only if the flight is canceled or the flight is disrupted due to bad weather or other means.
For frequent air ticket buyers, Cathay Pacific Airways offers a mileage program called Asia Miles. Air ticket buyers who choose to join the Asia Miles program have many opportunities to earn miles; the most interesting thing about this program is that the number of miles an air ticket can earn depends on which flight class the passenger is flying. For example, the air ticket buyers who choose First Class earn 150% of miles flown, while those air ticket buyers who choose Economy Class earn only 25% of miles flown. Earned miles can be redeemed for bonus air tickets, more comfortable seats, or upgrading your class.
All air ticket buyers with Cathay Pacific Airways can choose between four methods of check-in: online check-in, mobile check-in, or kiosk and counter check-in at the airport. With on line check- in, air ticket buyers can choose their seat or change their seat 48 hours to 90 minutes before departure, and get the latest departure and weather information. For mobile check-in, the Cathay Pacific Airways app is required. Check-in at the kiosk and counter are a more traditional way to check-in.
