When I first bought an air ticket from Czech Airlines, I was suspicious about their quality because the air ticket was one of the cheapest in Europe. To my delight, everything felt
premium! The ladies at the check-in were very nice and helpful, as well as the air
stewardesses.
As a frequent passenger to the UK, I can tell that a Czech Airlines air ticket is one of the
cheapest in the world! The planes are always clean, fresh, and very comfortable. I have
never experienced any delays or something bad with Czech Airlines air tickets.
A. Children can travel alone, without adult supervision or accompaniment, on Czech Airlines-operated flights provided they are 12 years of age or older. Some countries apply different legal restrictions regarding children traveling alone. Please check the rules with the respective embassy. Children under 5 years of age may not travel alone. Children from 5 to 11 years of age can travel alone only if the Unaccompanied Minor service is booked.
Similar to every other major airline, Czech Airlines offers mileage programs for those who frequently purchase air tickets from Czech Airlines. The mileage program, called OK Plus, incorporates the basic principle of earning and redeeming traveled miles from a purchased air ticket. In fact, members of the OK Plus program earn miles for buying an air ticket for flights with Czech Airlines. Main rewards of this program include the following: bonus air tickets to the majority of the countries in the world in either Economy or Business Class, higher limits for baggage carriage, and access to airport lounges in Prague. What’s more is that you can get a bonus air ticket for as little as 7,000 miles.
You can check-in online via the Czech Airlines website as early as 36 hours prior to departure. The Web check-in closes 1 hour before the scheduled departure of the flight.
