Thirteen hours one way was a long time.

The outbound flight was around the North Pole, and the return flight was from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea, avoiding the skies over Russia.
On the return trip, there were five or six passengers coughing violently around my seat, and I caught a cold.

It was unfortunate that the seats on the return trip were three family members apart.

On the outbound trip, we were seated in a row of three, but on the return trip, three people were across the aisle and one person was in the seat in front of us, which was scattered. I would understand if the seats were full, but the seats in the back were empty and there were several single passengers, so it would have been possible to seat 3 people in a row if they were seated in our seats.
Also, if we want to sit in a row, how should we do it?
I did not bring my computer with me so I could not check in 36 hours in advance, but would it be possible for you to send check-in information to my smart phone?

The meals were simple meals,

The meals were simple meals, so I had trouble getting hungry later in the flight. I wanted beer for dinner and wine for sleep, but was disappointed that I could not buy any. I guess they wanted to prevent drunkenness, but they should have given out at least the equivalent of two glasses. 　Other than that, the flight was clean and efficient, with no delays and rather early arrivals, so I was satisfied.

I have a ticket with

I have a ticket with Finnair. When I made an inquiry, I was told to contact JAL because my reservation was for a "JAL seat" (although when I looked closely at my e-ticket, it said "JAL" in small letters). (If you look at the e-ticket carefully, it says "JAL" in small letters. ) If I hadn't inquired, I would have looked for the Finnair counter. . . However, I was very satisfied with the cheap and comfortable trip with JAL.

Flight Cancellation

Cancellation due to bad weather was unavoidable. The alternative flight was difficult to find. I was half asleep and didn't realize that I had to pick up my checked luggage at the airport on the way to my connecting flight.
