I was riding side by side with my children.
During our second snack, we were given one paper bag and before we even knew what was in it, we were asked, "Did you get your child's meal?" before I even knew what was inside,
I checked the contents and found it was a sandwich.
I didn't understand that he called it a meal.
He asked me, "Is it a meal? If it was a meal, I got it.
I replied, "If it's a meal, I got it,
The next time the same CA passed by
I asked him, "Can I have only one of these snacks?"
I asked.
I asked angrily, "I didn't give it to you because you said you got it earlier. " He said in an angry tone, "I didn't give it to you because you said it was given to me earlier,
When I replied, "Since you said 'meal,' I thought you meant the first meal of chicken and rice.
When I replied, "I thought you were referring to the first meal of chicken and rice," he gave me another one with a very annoyed look on his face.
I was also given a nasty look when my child was not sure what kind of juice to get, and when I finished my meal later than others because I was eating the rest of my child's meal, I was repeatedly given a nasty attitude every time I passed by.
The CA was Japanese and we spoke Japanese to each other.
There were no smiles.
It was my first time to fly Hawaiian Airlines and I was looking forward to it, so I was very disappointed to be treated like this.
I will not use this airline again.
All meals were delicious,
The food, etc. was all good, and although we were in economy class, we were able to watch movies, and there was Wi-Fi, pillows, blankets, etc. , so that was nice.
If the CAs are pressed for time, tired, not good with children, etc. , please let us know.
I think it would be better to improve the service by having drink and meal menus on the seats, or by having a special seating row for passengers with children.
On Hawaiian Airlines
