Review by User on 29 Oct 2019 review stating I bought a ticket with I bought a ticket with Iberia Airlines, but when I arrived at Bilbao airport 3 hours before the flight, the check-in counter number had not been assigned yet. I went to the vueling counter and found that there was only one Iberia counter among nearly 20 vueling counters. However, when we went there and asked, we were told that the counter only handled flights to Madrid and did not know about flights to Barcelona like ours. After a while of wandering around, a staff member at the airport called me and asked me about it on the phone, and I found out that it would be done in 30 minutes at one of the three counters in the vueling center. When the time came, I went to the counter and it was the vueling staff who processed my check-in. I had originally bought a ticket for a direct flight from Vueling from Vilpao to Lisbon, but a week before, Vueling informed me that the departure would be delayed by one day. I cancelled vueling and changed my flight to Iberia Airlines via Barcelona. However, as expected of vueling, the subsequent operation was smooth. At check-in, I asked the Vueling lady at the reception if I needed to pick up my checked baggage in Barcelona, just to be sure. When I was able to safely pick up my luggage at Lisbon airport, I felt refreshed, even though it was a matter of course.
