skyticket Usage

１．検索

国内/海外航空券+ホテル検索では、出発地、目的地、行きの日付、帰りの日付、部屋数、人数を必要に応じて入力いただき、「最安値を検索する」ボタンをクリックしてください。

２．ホテル検索一覧

国内/海外航空券＋ホテルを検索すると、まずホテルの検索結果が一覧で表示されます。

３．プラン一覧

ホテルを選択すると、選んだホテルのプランを選択することができます。
画面上部にはホテルの詳細が表示されます。

４．航空券検索一覧

航空券選択画面では、検索内容に応じた航空券が表示されます。
往路便をご選択後、復路便をご選択いただけます。

５．お申込み情報の入力

選択した航空券やホテルが一覧で表示されます。
申込みに必要な情報をこのページで入力します。申込情報、同乗者情報をご入力くださいませ。
また、値段や選択したホテルの詳細情報なども確認することができます。

６．お申込情報 確認

選択いただいたホテル、航空券の内容、また、前画面で入力いただいた情報の確認画面です。

７．お申込 完了

この画面が表示されますとお申し込みが完了となります。
メールにて詳細等を送付しますのでご確認をお願いします。

８．ご請求とお支払い

お届けするご請求書（予約確認メール）の航空便・ホテル情報、キャンセルについての記載を必ずご確認の上、請求書記載のご購入期日までにカード決済をお願いいたします。

お支払の確認をもちまして契約が成立いたします。

お手続きに必要な処理が完了し次第、【スカイチケット】最終のご案内 というメールをお送りいたします。

【スカイチケット】最終のご案内は、お支払いの確認ができた旨のメールをお送りしてから3日以内にお送りいたします。メールが到着しない場合は「予約確認ページ」からログインしていただき、メッセージをご確認ください。

９．航空券のお受け渡し方法

国内航空券

Flights on ANA, JAL, Air Do (ADO), Starflyer (SFJ), Solaseed Air (SNA), ORC, IBX

Information on the retrieval of your e-ticket(s) will be sent to you via e-mail upon confirmation of booking(s).
* Please pick-up your air ticket(s) at the airport on day of departure
An e-mail with the confirmation and reservation numbers for exchange with an air ticket will be sent to you.

<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Present your confirmation number to the check-in staff at the check-in counter
・ Enter your confirmation number to check-in at the automated check-in machine

* Checking-in at check-in counters are mandatory when automated check-in machines are not available
　Please check-in at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure time

Flights on Fuji Dream (FDA), Amakusa Airlines(AMX)

Information on the retrieval of your e-ticket(s) will be sent to you via e-mail upon confirmation of booking(s).
* Please pick-up your air ticket(s) at the airport on day of departure
An e-mail with the reservation number for exchange with an air ticket will be sent to you.

<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Present your reservation number to the check-in staff at the check-in counter
・ Enter your reservation number to check-in at the automated check-in machine

* Checking-in at check-in counters are mandatory when automated check-in machines are not available
　Please check-in at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure time

Flights on Skymark Airlines (SKY)

The air ticket exchange slip(s) will be sent to you via e-mail or fax.

<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Check-in at the automated check-in machine by scanning the bar code printed on your confirmation page
・ Present your air ticket exchange slip at the check-in counter

　Please check-in at least 20 minutes before scheduled departure time

Flights on Jetstar, Peach Aviation, Spring Airlines Japan

The reservation number(s) will be sent to you via e-mail.

<Check-in and Boarding>

Please follow either of the procedures below:
・ Enter your reservation number to check-in at the automated check-in machine
・ Present your reservation number to the check-in staff at the check-in counter

Please check-in at least 35 minutes before the scheduled departure time
Selection of seats are available on departure day only (reserved seats incur additional charges)

海外航空券

After your payment has been confirmed, an e-mail with a copy of the e-ticket will be sent to you.
Please print out a copy of your e-ticket from the link provided in the e-mail.

* Please contact us if you require your e-ticket to be sent to you via fax
　(Your e-ticket will be faxed within 3 days from your payment date)
* Please ensure to print and bring along a copy of your e-ticket on the day of departure

１０．宿泊施設でのお手続き方法

宿泊施設にてお手続きの際は、フロントで宿泊代表者様のお名前をお伝えください。
ホテルによって異なりますが、予約番号を尋ねられる場合がございますので、予約内容がわかるものをお持ちいただくことをお勧めします。
