Cancellation of Reservation

For cancellation of reservations, please access "My Page".
If you are unable to process your cancellation online, please contact us via e-mail (info@skyticket.com).

  • ● Cancellation fees will not incur for cancellation requests made before payment
  • ● Cancellations for bookings (after payment) can only be processed by contacting us
    　Please e-mail us no later than 1 working day before the scheduled departure date
  • ● Please contact us within 7 days from the scheduled departure date after making a cancellation
    　(Applicable only to air tickets without restrictions)
  • ● Remittance charges for refunds are borne by the beneficiary
  • ● Please notify us by the next working day if you have canceled your flight reservation with the airlines directly
  • ● If a cancellation occurs on the day of departure (just prior to departure), please contact the airlines directly to
    　make the cancellation and contact us by the next business day
  • ● Administrative fees, telephone reservation fees, skyticket handling fees and shareholder's complimentary ticket
    　purchase price are non-refundable
  • Cancellation fee(s) fluctuate both before flight departure and after flight departure

Cancellation Fee(s)・Refund

Air tickets for domestic flights (within Japan) are auto-issued at time of payment.
Cancellation fee(s) apply for all flight cancellations after payment.
Refunds for cancellation of a reservation will be processed immediately once we receive your instruction for cancellation.

Refund

  • The refund amount after deducting all necessary cancellation and administrative fees will be made to your designated bank account (including payment via convenience stores and Pay-easy). For payments via Amazon Pay and credit cards, the refund amount will be debited to the same credit card used at time of payment.
  • Kindly contact the card company directly for the refund status after you have received the refund procedure completion e-mail from us.

  • Refund(s) from us are recognized by the following names:

    • Credit Cards
      SKYTICKET (for JPY refunds)
      SKYTICKET (for refunds of currencies other than JPY)
