Adventure, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established this Membership Agreement for Customers and Users (hereinafter referred to as the "Member", collectively "Members") who use the Company-operated Travel Website (hereinafter referred to as "Website").

Article 1 Observance of Basic Rules
All Basic Rules for internet usage, including the Technology Rules, must be abided by when registering as a member.
Article 2 Measures Taken When Basic Rules are Breached
Usage of the Website may be declined if any Member performs actions deemed by the Company to be unsuitable. Such actions include causing inconvenience or loss to a third party, providing false information upon registration as a Member, performing any act that has any risk of causing hindrance to the Company's services and/or significantly breaching this agreement.
Article 3 Usage Environment and Technical Rules
Services on this Website are provided to persons with technically suitable settings for language, e-mails, printers and equipment technically suitable for basic use and in relation with this Website. The Company disclaims all liability for any results and/or any actions taken by any Member who does not abide by the above condition, including any and/or all consequences thereof.
The Company also disclaims all liabilities for any and/or all matters resulting from the usage inability of this service in a proper manner. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, even if the above technical setting conditions are fulfilled, the Company shall not be held liable to and shall not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any and/or all incidents that may occur in relation to the Member's computer settings and usage environment.
Article 4 Registration Terms
Registration as a Member on this Website is available only for users who agree to the terms and conditions of use. Members who reside outside Japan may not be able to receive some or part of the services and products provided on this website due to methods of delivery and/or technical settings.
