Nestled amongst Kuwait City's modern architecture are some beautiful historic buildings, such as The Grand Mosque and a Seif Palace from 19th century. There are many luxurious hotels and shopping malls in Kuwait City. Kuwait City is dubbed the Hollywood of the Gulf, because it makes many popular TV series and films.

Hi, I'm Aahotep from Cairo. I just came back from Kuwait City. I few there with my husband. We took Jazeera Airways. My husband bought our tickets, he said he's done it all online. He got our ticket confirmation delivered to his email. I liked the Airbus plane with which we flew. On board I bought some cosmetics from the Kunooz Duty Free service. My husband liked the comfortable, leather seats on-board. Once we landed in Kuwait City we went to our fantastic, modern hotel. I liked visiting designer shopping malls, such as 360 Mall and Marina Mall. We also went up Kuwait Tower, where we admired the panorama of Kuwait City from the viewing platform and then had an exquisite meal in the restaurant. I hope my husband and I will get more air tickets and return to Kuwait soon.
