Voice of Travelers to Maracaibo

Maria from Venezuela

Hi, I'm Maria from Caracas. I just came back from a trip to visit my family in Maracaibo. I booked my flight ticket with Aserca Airlines. The service on the plane was good. The plane is kept in good shape and I felt secure on it. Even though my ticket was just for a short domestic flight to Maracaibo I was served a complimentary drink. The flight attendants were polite and I enjoyed my flight. It is definitely faster and safer than travelling by bus. When I returned home to Caracas I bough air tickets for my family to come over from Maracaibo to visit me.

Tom from United States

Hiya, I'm Tom and I'm from Miami. I took a flight to Maracaibo with American Airlines. I booked my return ticket to Maracaibo online. The service on board was excellent. In-flight entertainment was fantastic and I liked that the screens have privacy filters. I charged my mobile phone thanks to the USB port in my seat. I also noticed that the restrooms on the plane were very clean. The plane is very modern and well equipped. The meal on board and the refreshing drinks were good. I thought the staff were professional and polite. We landed in Maracaibo on time. It is not the first time I booked tickets with American Airlines and it certainly won't be the last.
