Hi, I'm Maria from Caracas. I just came back from a trip to visit my family in Maracaibo. I booked my flight ticket with Aserca Airlines. The service on the plane was good. The plane is kept in good shape and I felt secure on it. Even though my ticket was just for a short domestic flight to Maracaibo I was served a complimentary drink. The flight attendants were polite and I enjoyed my flight. It is definitely faster and safer than travelling by bus. When I returned home to Caracas I bough air tickets for my family to come over from Maracaibo to visit me.
