Miles earned an be used to purchase flight upgrades, tickets and other services with Royal Jordanian along with earning tier status. Earning Silver, Gold or Platinum status with Royal Jordanian's Royal Club offers a number of benefits and extras.

As Royal Jordanian is a part of the oneworld airline alliance, passengers can also earn miles with partner airlines such as American Airlines, JAL and Qatar.

Check-in can be done through four different options: web check-in, advanced check-in, airport check-in and self-check-in. All passengers flying Royal Jordanian Airlines from Amman are requested to check-in at the airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure. Travelers visiting the United States are requested to check-in 3 hours before departure.
