I traveled on the Royal Jordanian Airlines from Tel Aviv to Bangkok via Amman. The check-in at Tel Aviv was friendly and the service was extremely pleasant. The air ticket was affordable, and the plane was obviously a 787 Dream liner. I arrived at Bangkok half an hour earlier than routine.
I recently had an awful experience getting from Dubai to Munich with Royal Jordanian Airlines, while traveling with my 2 young kids. The air travel from Dubai to Amman was excellent. The customer service was really great. All the attendants and crews are very cordial. The air ticket collection process was very easy.
On March I proceeded from Beirut to Amman on a Boeing 787; it was large, had contact displays, and spacious couches. I collected my air ticket without any trouble. The service was great. Although Business Class seemed cooler, I couldn’t afford it. I recommend Royal Jordanian Airlines strongly.
