Passengers have the option to choose between three main course dishes for every meal served on board Saudia. An extensive selection of beverages are available, however, no alcoholic drinks are served on any Saudia flights. For passengers with special dietary needs, requests for special meals can be made prior to the flight, such as when booking the air ticket. Special meals available accommodate to different needs such as diabetes, allergies, and religious rules.

Saudia also offers an extensive selection of entertainment options with movies, tv shows, and music. There is also a selection of video games, and passengers can purchase Wi-Fi on select airbus flights. Seats are also equipped with a "Articulated Movement" features which enable seats to adapt to body movements. This seat feature is unique to Saudia aircrafts.

Saudia offers the ‘Alfursan’ membership which can be obtained by simply signing up on the website. There are no fees to join or gain membership. Points earned through Alfursan can be redeemed for purchasing air tickets, and more points can be earned by shopping at Saudia afflicted stores. In addition to purchasing an air ticket, Alfursan points can be used for upgrades and additional baggage allowance. Members start at the Blue membership tier, and as points are accumulated, members can qualify for upgrades to Silver and Gold tiers. Alfursan points can also be used to purchase an air ticket with other SkyTeam Alliance member airlines.

Passengers with an e-ticket for Saudia flights can check-in online from 24 hours up to 1 ½ hours before departure time by accessing the Saudia website at www.saudia.com and clicking on the web check-in option under the “Travel With Saudia” drop-down menu. Passengers who check-in prior to arriving at the airport can download their air ticket onto their smart phones, and save time at the service counters.

At the airport, passengers can check-in via the self-service Saudia kiosks, located near the Saudia service counters. Passengers who have check-in luggage will have to stop by the service counter after checking in through the kiosk to drop off luggage.

Passengers can check-in at the Saudia service counters of the airport 2-4 hours prior to departure time. Passengers who require special assistance or needs, or looking to change reservation details are recommended to check-in at the service counter.
