I was refused at check in (checked in 2 hours before the flight) because they told me the flight was overbooked and there were no seats left. I was moved to Malaysia Airlines 6 hours later. I found out from two friends on that flight that there were at least nine spare seats and more in business class so this was a lie. The customer service was non existent, the staff didn’t give a toss and to find out later that it wasn’t true was most frustrating!
