Spring Airlines offer many different facilities to its air ticket holders once on board as for them nothing comes prior to the comfort of their passengers. Air ticket holders are given different sources of entertainment even on short domestic flights.
The staff is readily available to cater to all the air ticket holders’ needs so that they have the best of travelling experience with Spring Airlines. They offer the most hygienic and tasty food which can be reserved during check –in or when purchasing the air ticket. The menu can also be pre-booked by accessing your online account. Staff on board make sure that every passenger on flight is comfortable and having a great time.
As the first low-cost airline company, Spring Airlines offers you the best prices (usually) for domestic flights. I booked this one-way air ticket in early February for 350RMB, cheaper than both trains and bullet trains for the same place of departure and destination (from Shenzhen to Hangzhou). Perhaps because it's an early flight taking off at 6:20AM, the cabin was really quiet the whole trip. And there wasn't any promotion of products by the cabin staff as many did not complain about, nor did the stewardess teach us to do some stretches. All in all, you shouldn't miss Spring Airlines if you do not have lots of baggage and want to save tons of money.
Spring Airlines is a budget airline and there is no question about that. There was little to no line at the check in counters, and boarding was quick and efficient. I did not find the staff to be rude. Yes they are strict with the baggage but even regular airlines can be like that these days.
Yes, you can be refunded for both circumstances.
In case you want to carry more weight, you have to pay additional charges for the extra baggage that you intend to carry with yourself on-board and those charges would be non-refundable.
Spring Airlines already charges very reasonable fares to its air ticket holders and is still working to make the trips more and more affordable for its air ticket holders. Accordingly, they have created a mileage program for their air ticket holders. The mileage program popularly stands for JMB that is JAL mileage bank. On every domestic and international air ticket where miles are incurred, they are automatically calculated and added to the member’s account. In case the air ticket holder has not received his miles then the account can be updated by the airline’s staff on request within 6 months of travel. On reaching a specific mileage limit, air ticket holders get to win a free air ticket and air ticket class upgrading.
In order to check in with Spring Airlines, air ticket holders can check-in through the kiosks at the airport or via their online account. At the airport, air ticket holders will receive their boarding pass which is to be presented at the final gate before boarding the plane.
