Established in 2018, STARLUX Airlines is a Taiwanese carrier that commenced operations in January 2020, launching flights from Taipei's Taoyuan International Airport to Macau, Da Nang, and Penang. By December 2020, the airline expanded its network to include routes from Taipei to Kansai and Narita airports in Japan. As of November 2024, STARLUX Airlines operates flights to various destinations across Asia and North America, with plans to further expand its network.

This service allows passengers to enjoy a diverse array of premium dishes without the need to queue. Reservations can be made from 60 days up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
