Thai Airways International offers its passengers one of the most delicious benefits to all air ticket holders, a special menu and a CHML, a meal for children aged 2 years and above. All meals aboard Thai Airways International are high quality and freshly homemade. In the morning, Thai Airways International provides brunch, comprised of fresh fruit juice items, main courses of eggs and meat, and fruits. If passengers purchase an air ticket to Europe, they will enjoy lunch and dinner with a special combination of European hors d'oeuvres and a choice of main dishes with a variety of desserts. Thai Airways International have expanded its range of meals to satisfy its air ticket holders who have special needs and tastes. As an air ticket holder, passengers can request extra dietetic meals or vegetarian, Asian vegetarian, seafood, low salt, or low cholesterol meals.

The Thai Airways International staff at the Bangkok airport were incredibly polite and helpful. Thai Airways International were exceptionally courteous, especially about my emotional support dog, who travels with me everywhere. They were happy to greet and pet my dog. Thai Airways International Staff was pleasantly invited into all three flights I had to take home. All other airlines I have flown with were not so pleasant about my dog flying with me. I was met with positive and an outstanding level of customer facility from every worker. Thank you so much for help with what would have been a very stressful travel day. I will fly with AA again!

All passengers, who submit their requests two days prior to international flight departure, can be served special menus to suit religious and health preferences. Note: this is not for domestic flights.
All air ticket and e-ticket holders can use mobile-check in except the passengers requiring special assistance at the airport.
Online purchasing of extra baggage allowance in Thai Airways International is applicable only in weight, where every 5kgs will be counted. The maximum online extra baggage allowance is 30kg per passenger.
Thai Airways International e-tickets are issued to specific individuals and the passenger name cannot be changed after the air ticket is purchased.
Passengers who are children, infants, or have special needs cannot check-in online and must check-in at the airport service counter.
On all Thai Airways operated flights, passengers can earn miles and additional class of service miles for every air ticket purchased. Miles are earned according to the fare paid, the class of service of your purchased air ticket, and the distance flown. For Thai Airways International tickets travelling less than 500 miles in distance, passengers earn a minimum of 500 miles. Some discounted Economy and Business Class fares with designated booking air ticket, nominated routes, or short-haul flights may not qualify for full mileage buildup.Flight claims on Thai Airways International can be made online by entering the required information and if the claim is verified, miles are credited instantly. For, Thai Airways International mileage claims that cannot be verified online can be submitted at the local Thai Airways International office or sent by post to the Member's Service Centre in Bangkok.
Thai Airways International allows all holders of an air ticket to print their boarding pass from home on an A4 sized paper for all domestic flights departing from Bangkok. All domestic and international flight air ticket holders can get their e-tickets and boarding passes from their Android cell phone. Just select check-in and identify yourself by entering your last name, combined with an electronic air ticket number and the systems will immediately process the request and check-in. Additionally, this mobile check-in supports multiple passengers check-in, including infants from the same and different booking references, traveling on the same flight.
