Departure time was perfect with good time and no delays.

This time I booked a round-trip ticket to Phuket with Thai Lion Air, but I received an e-mail from Skyticket telling me to check my checked baggage at the check-in counter on the day of the flight.
To be sure, I looked up Thai Lion Air's checked baggage on the Internet and found that if I did not book checked baggage in advance, I would be charged a hefty fee on the day of the flight. I immediately made a reservation on the Thai Lion Air website after reading that article, but I was disbelieving that I would have been charged a high fee if I had made a reservation on the day of the flight.
I think you should provide more accurate information with more details.

I think it was easy

I think it was easy to work with them over the phone. Direct phone support is the easiest and safest way to understand the situation. There are more and more places where it is not possible or difficult to respond to phone calls due to labor cost reductions.

Good!

This was my first time using this service. I didn't have a good image after reading the reviews, but the service was excellent and there were no delays, and the direct flight from Fukuoka to Bangkok was only 24,000 yen round trip, so I felt like I got a great deal!

Thai Lion Airline

I was able to travel and return home without delay. Thank you very much. However, it would be better if it were possible to reserve and purchase excess baggage and in-flight meals at the time of booking.
