This was the only direct

This was the only direct flight available, so it was an unconditional choice. It was comfortable and reasonable for the price.
The reason for minus one star is that only one of the earphones produced sound, and the cause was not a problem with the earphones. It was left as it was.

" I was told "Your ticket is not upgradeable". I don't think it is necessary to display the selection screen from the beginning because the ticket information is already inputted. I think there is no need to show the selection screen from the beginning, since our ticket information is typed in. The seats hardly reclined at all, and the 10-plus hour flight was nothing but a hardship. The United Airlines departure lobby at Los Angeles International Airport does not have many souvenirs. I would like to see more stores opened to offer a wider range of purchase options.
