On board, there is a tourism guide filled with information and beautiful photos of Caribbean islands, called "Winair In-Flight Magazine." It includes various information such as maps, accommodation, hotels, dining, duty-free shopping, souvenirs, sports, health & beauty, and car rentals.
Winair offers four fare categories, all economy-based:
1.Web Saver:
・Most budget-friendly.
・Non-refundable, no changes allowed.
・No checked baggage included.
2.Basic:
・Changes/cancellations allowed for a $75 fee (+ fare difference).
・No checked baggage included.
3.Semi-Flex:
・Changes/cancellations for a $40 fee.
・Passenger name changes for $50.
・No checked baggage included.
4.Full-Flex:
・Free changes more than 48 hours before departure.
・Cancellations for a $25 fee.
・Includes one piece of checked baggage.
Winair’s fleet consists of ATR 42-500 and DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft, both offering Economy Class only:
1.ATR 42-500:
・Seat selection available for an additional fee.
・$5 for standard window/aisle seats.
・$15 for bulkhead seats with extra legroom.
・Approximate seat pitch: 30 inches.
2.DHC-6 Twin Otter:
・19-seat configuration in a 1-2 layout.
・Intimate cabin with scenic views for every passenger.
