Xiamen Airlines is one of the leading airlines in China. Based in Xiamen, Fujian Province in China, it was the country’s first privately owned airline, and has been in existence since 1984. It has branches in Beijing, Tianjin, Nanchang, Hangzhou, Fuzhou and Changsha. Xiamen Airlines’s three major hubs are Xiamen Gaoqi International, Hangzhou Xiao Sha International, and Fuzhou Changle International. In 2015 Xiamen Airlines served a total of 22.77 million passengers, and had profits totaling 1800 million CNY. Xiamen Airlines is a member of SkyTeam Alliance.

I got a XiamenAir air ticket from Amsterdam to Xiamen. Great experience with the cabin crew, their services were out of this world. The return trip was even better. XiamenAir’s entertainment selection was the best I have ever seen. I strongly recommended this airline.

I bought an air ticket from Xiamen to Los Angeles. I was literally blown away by the food. They had so many meal choices that I had a hard time deciding. The attendants were very kind—one even gave me the recipe for a salad I really loved. I will definitely use XiamenAir over and over again!

About the Mileage Program of Xiamen Air
By participating in XiamenAir’s frequent flyer program, the Egret Club, your air ticket purchases earn you mileage credits. Egret Club credits can also be earned by making any types of purchases with a co-branded credit card. Egret Club credits are accrued based on both number of miles flown and the cabin class of your air ticket: the higher your cabin class air ticket is, the higher the earning percentage. Egret Club credits can be used to purchase future free air tickets. Credits can also be used for air ticket upgrades and gift items. Note, however that air tickets for some cabin classes do not qualify for purchase with Egret Club credits.
