I took a flight from Mumbai to America. I was not satisfied with
their unhygienic surrounding in the airport. In flight experience was better and staff were also trained and qualified. I will give them a three star rating out of five.
I booked an Air India air ticket from Delhi to Ahmadabad. It was a
wonderful experience for me because I never traveled in business class before. I always take economy class due to my budget but I thought to give it a try and it gave me immense pleasure with quick staff service, choice of tasty food and a peaceful journey. Their check-in services are also good.
On Codeshare Flights, Air India currently has no policy to redeem Flyer Points on codeshare flights.
