Checked Baggage
The free checked baggage allowance is up to 20kg for Economy Class and 40kg for Premium Class. There is no limit on the number of pieces, but each piece must not exceed 32 kg. The total weight limit for all classes is 100kg. Excess baggage fees will apply for any weight exceeding the free allowance. Each piece of baggage must not exceed 203cm in total dimensions (length + width + height).

Cabin Baggage
The carry-on baggage allowance for all ANA operated flights, both domestic and international, regardless of your travel class. Also, it applies to ANA premium members and Star Alliance Gold members.
- Personal items refer to small items such as handbags, cameras, and umbrellas that can fit under the seat in front of you.
- Carry-on baggage that exceeds the allowed limit cannot be brought on board. Please check in your baggage at the baggage counter.
- Please stow your baggage yourself in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.
Each passenger can carry on board one personal item and one piece of carry-on baggage. The size of the carry-on baggage depends on the size of the aircraft:
- For aircraft with 100 seats or more: Total dimensions must not exceed 115cm (25cm x 55cm x 40cm).
- For aircraft with less than 100 seats: Total dimensions must not exceed 100cm (20cm x 45cm x 35cm).
Regardless of the aircraft size, the total weight of carry-on baggage per person must not exceed 10kg.

Can I purchase cigarettes on board?
Yes, you can purchase cigarettes on board. Cigarettes are available on international flights only. If you exceed the number of cigarettes you are allowed to bring on board, you will be subject to taxation depending on your destination. However, in-flight sales are tax-free, so you can purchase cigarettes at a very reasonable price.
Up to what age are infants free?
For international flights, there is no free service for infants. 2 years old and under are considered infants and are charged 10% of the adult fare, provided they do not occupy a seat. If the infant occupies a seat, 75% of the adult fare is charged. However, for domestic flights, children under 3 years old are free of charge.
How old is a child?
Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are in the child category; for ANA, a child who is 1 year old on the departure date and 2 years old on the return date will still be charged the infant fare.
