booked a late night American Airlines business class air ticket from Los Angeles to Auckland. I was warmly welcomed by staff. Mattress pads were nicely placed on the seats before we went to sleep. The meals were served on time and there was a good selection of food and wines on board. I highly recommend flying with American Airlines, especially for long flights!”
We booked a last minute air ticket on American Airlines from New York JFK to Orlando. We were traveling with 2 toddlers for the first time and were very nervous. However, the crew was very courteous and attentive to us and our kids. Service was very prompt and they were proactive in asking us what we needed, not to mention that we got a great deal on the air ticket! Will definitely fly with American Airlines for our future family travels!”
Basic Economy air ticket holders are also seated in the main cabin area, however, there are more restrictions. The personal item must not measure more than 45 cm x 53 cm x 20 cm in size. All other baggage must be checked-in and paid for.
