A total of six people

A total of six people departed on July 19, with separate return trips for the three groups. We usually book our travel to the Midwest directly with the airlines. We were looking around and found that your company's rates were 60-70% of other airlines, and we were skeptical. I was skeptical. I was forced to place an order with your company. Immediately, based on the reservation number, we checked with the U. S. airline to make sure that the reservation had been made without error. After that, any changes in seats or schedules were negotiated directly with the airline. The itinerary was completed without incident. The change of the flight schedule was a bit troublesome, but I feel that this is a sign of your politeness. Thank you very much.

I felt very comfortable on

I felt very comfortable on the flight because of the Japanese-speaking CA. The in-flight meal was a little strong in flavor, but it was delicious. There were many kinds of juices, so I was able to enjoy a variety. However, the air conditioner was so effective that it was cold even with a blanket. Next time I will bring a thicker jacket.

The plane that was scheduled

The plane that was scheduled to appear was delayed several times because the staff did not show up, finally the next morning, and then delayed again, this time in the afternoon.

We had to spend the night at the airport, which was very tiring and stressful.

Moreover, during that time, we were left without explanation, apology, or care.

The gate staff was not helpful or attentive, and I cancelled the flight and took a flight with another airline because I didn't trust that the flight would really fly and I wanted to move on to my next destination as quickly as possible after having already wasted almost a day of my schedule.

It was my first time

It was my first time flying American Airlines and I must say that the food on board was delicious and the service and smiles of the crew were wonderful. I would definitely fly American Airlines again.

This was my first time using this service and I thought it was very conscientious and fairly priced. 　However, I did not know that there was a class of checked baggage that did not weigh more than 0 kg.
I didn't know that there was a class of checked baggage that we could check in with no baggage weight (0kg). But I would like to use it again.
