My name is Harriet and I'm from Geneva. I study at an art college in Florence and often travel between Florence and Geneva. I usually buy Swiss Airlines tickets to Florence. I choose Swiss because as well as getting a plane ticket for myself, I also need to buy a ticket for Zara, my cat. Budget airlines do not offer animal passage, so I go to Florence with our national airlines instead. I can take Zara with me on board and the staff is always very accomodating. Florence is a very busy city, which I can completely understand as the architecture is beautiful and there are many fantastic art galleries and museums.

I'm Petr from Amsterdam. It was a last minute decision to buy an air ticket to visit Forence. I was going through a stressful time at my work and I really felt like I needed to get away for a little bit. I looked online and found out that there was an offer on flight tickets available from my home city to Pisa airport. I went ahead and booked the ticket for my weekend getaway there and then. I flew with KLM and the flight was very comfortable. I'm quite tall so I often find there's not enough leg room on planes, but the seats on the KLM plane were spacious and I had not trouble.
