Lviv is a city in the western part of Ukraine with a population of 728,350 people and an area of 182.01 kilometers squared. Overall, Lviv is the largest city in this part of Ukraine and is the seventh most large city in the whole country. Lviv was at some point the capital city of the Kingdom of Rus and later Lviv became the regional capital of the Kingdom of Poland. Lviv is a historical city with old buildings and the streets are made of cobblestone. Lviv is both and industrious city as well as and hosts a university and a polytechnic.

Christian mission trip to Lviv
Hi am part of the Christian mission team. One of our expeditions was to visit Lviv for some missionary work. Our mission work in Lviv involved preaching and handing out handouts with religious content. We all booked our air ticket differently. Some airlines did not have a sufficient space for us to all purchase the ticket from. Some of us purchased their ticket from Polish airlines and British airlines. We were all able to get a return ticket by Turkish airlines. The preferred airline was British Airways where we had all bought our air ticket. The service on our way to Lviv was excellent. I made a self not to always purchase my ticket from them when travelling within their air routes. The people in Lviv are rather uptight and not too friendly. We however had a great time will definitely be getting my ticket back on the next mission.
Family vacation in Lviv
My family had never taken a vacation outside the country prior to our trip to Lviv. My husband got us each a discounted air ticket from benefits at his work place. We booked hotel rooms, got the air ticket ready and packed our bags ready for an adventure in Lviv. Turkish airlines had really great service in the plane. I will definitely by my ticket through them next time. The city is quite historic and rich in culture. We had an ok time in Lviv. It was not quite the incredible vacation it was simply a nice getaway.
