Sofia is the capital city of Bulgaria. Sofia is on the West side of Bulgaria, close to the border with Serbia. Sofia is a bustling city with beautiful architecture and long history dating back 2500 years. Sofia is also a very green city with many sprawling parks in it. There are many ornately decorated Orthodox Churches worth a visit in Sofia. Sofia is also a great place for people who enjoy winter sports, as Sofia is located very close to Vitosha Ski Resort.

Hi I'm Monika from Prague. I just booked my flight ticket to return to Sofia, because I enjoyed my holiday there so much. I booked my tickets online, via Bulgaria Air's website. Booking my ticket was very straightforward and I had no trouble with it. Together with the ticket I also booked access to airline lounge at home airport. I like to relax before my flight. Sofia is a superb destination. There's fab entertainment, beautiful buildings and great people in Sofia. I really liked visiting the mineral springs to get drinking, mineral water. In Sofia I also visited hot mineral springs with swimming pools, baths and spas. Those are great places to relax while in Sofia.

Hello, I'm Fred from Paris. I just came back from a family holiday in Sofia. I went to Sofia with my wife and our three kids. We had a very good time in Sofia. The kids enjoyed Sofia's botanic gardens and the zoo. We also took them to Muzeiko, a science and technology museum with many interactive exhibit. I think they learnt a lot and had fun. While in Sofia we also went go-karting and visited Kokolandia, a climbing park, with the kids. Our flight with AirFrance went well. I booked the tickets in a ticket kiosk in the city. The children's tickets were slightly cheaper than my and my wife's tickets, which was great. The plane was relatively modern and the flight went smoothly. I would happily book tickets with AirFrance again.
