ANA is quite comfortable in every class and unsurprisingly their First Class cabin is a whole other level above. Seats are slightly more spacious than Business Class seats and both in-flight food and drinks menus are much more luxurious. You can book First Class with ANA for most international routes, most shorter flights within Asia only have Business Class seats available however.
Business class offers similar amenities as first class, with meals and extra space. Business Class seats also offer privacy and comfortable seats that recline into a flat bed.
ANA also has a Premium Economy Class for those who want to pay a little extra for more space and additional flexibility. Reviews of ANA's Premium Economy usually agree that it's worth the extra price, seats are much more comfier, wider and with some extra additions on most of their flights such as leg rests and reading lights.
Economy class offers standard entertainment and seat space. Wi-Fi can be purchased for an additional fee. Inflight meals are also provided, but there are less options than the other seat classes.
The All Nippon Airways website features a section where all air ticket holders can view the status of a flight. You can select a domestic or international option and search by either typing in the flight number or by selecting the arrival/departure regions, as well as the time. All Nippon Airways will notify you of any delays or cancellations to your flight.
All Nippon Airways has a mileage program, which frequent travelers can earn points that can be redeemed in the form of a free air ticket. In order to log these miles, travelers must sign up for the All Nippon Airways Mileage Club on the website. These miles can be redeemed to partially pay for a ticket or for 100% of an air ticket fare.
Check-in for ANA is normally done at the airport through automated kiosks. Baggage check-in is completed at the airline counters after checking in via the kiosks. If an air ticket holder is flying business or first class, they are given a special lane to check-in to speed up the process. First and business class passengers also have access to the ANA lounge.
