Travel FAQs
Q. Can I make a ticket reservation for my pet and I?
A. Many airlines have strict rules for animals while some do not allow any at all. While making your ticket reservation, we will advise you accordingly as per your choice of airline. For Busan, the Korean Air policy allows you to travel with a small dog, cat or household dog. You will need to fill a Korean Pet Passport form and pay an additional ticket fee for the pet.
Q. Do you offer student ticket discounts?
A. There are some airlines that offer ticket discounts depending on your institution. While making your ticket reservation, we will advise you whether there will be airlines running student ticket discounts at the time. We also offer ticket discounts for seniors, children, groups, and military personnel.
Q. Can I purchase a ticket for a flight on the same day?
A. Yes, you can get a last minute ticket depending on availability of seats. It may be difficult to purchase the ticket online, so we recommend that you either call us or the airline to make an immediate ticket reservation. Note that airlines may charge more for last minute tickets.
Q. What is the difference between a refundable and nonrefundable ticket?
A. A refundable ticket has fewer restrictions as compared to a nonrefundable ticket. The value of a refundable ticket can be returned to your credit or debit card if you request for a cancellation. On the other hand, a nonrefundable ticket in most instances, cannot be returned. You can use the value of the nonrefundable ticket for future flights. When you purchase a ticket, it is usually marked as either refundable or nonrefundable.
