- Tawaramachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line is the nearest station. The hotel is located directly to the right in front of Exit 3. Additionally, it is an 8-minute walk from Toei Asakusa Line Asakusa Station and Tobu Skytree Line Asakusa Station, a 5-minute walk from Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station, and a 12-minute walk from Toei Oedo Line Kuramae Station.
- All rooms have been non-smoking since the renovation in 2019. Guests who wish to smoke may use the smoking booth located in the lobby on the 1st floor. Heated tobacco products are also not permitted in guest rooms.
- Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk before check-in, after check-out, and even between stays if you have a future reservation. Please feel free to ask the front desk staff. However, we cannot store valuables, fragile items, or food. For storage until your next stay, a future reservation is required.
- Yes, you can send your luggage in advance via delivery service. Please address it to "Hotel Sunroute Asakusa, 1-8-5 Kaminarimon, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0034" and clearly state your check-in date and name. We cannot accept cash-on-delivery, payment-on-delivery, or refrigerated delivery. It is also possible to send luggage from the hotel; we support Yamato Transport's prepaid, cash-on-delivery, and multi-piece shipping, but we do not handle refrigerated delivery or large luggage via Yamato便 (Yamato-bin).
- Children of elementary school age or younger who co-sleep with an adult in the same bed do not incur additional charges. If a child uses a bed alone, the same rate as an adult will apply. We provide Asakusa area maps at the front desk, and our staff will be happy to assist you with information on other sightseeing spots and transportation outside of Asakusa.
- There is no curfew. You can enter and exit 24 hours a day, and our staff is available 24 hours, so you can rest assured even with late check-ins or early check-outs. However, if you will be checking in after midnight, please contact the hotel in advance. For security reasons, the parking lot shutter closes around 8 PM, so if you plan to park after 8 PM, please call us in advance for smooth guidance.
- Yes, there is a parking lot. It is **strictly by phone reservation only** and costs 2,500 yen per night. The vehicle width is uniformly up to 180cm, and only 4 high-roof vehicles with a height of 155cm or more can be accommodated. Please note that if you arrive without a reservation, the parking lot may be full and unavailable.
