- You can leave luggage that can be picked up on the same day. Additionally, there are multiple coin lockers at Yotsubashi Station and Shinsaibashi Station.
- There is a Seven-Eleven directly in front of the hotel and a Lawson a 3-minute walk away.
- Both wireless and wired connections are available. (All rooms are equipped with LAN cables)
- Cleaning during your stay is performed between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please attach the magnet found in your room to the door.

- For security and fire safety reasons, we ask that non-guests refrain from entering guest rooms and guest room floors. Please meet in the lobby.
- While we do not have triple rooms, you can accommodate up to 3 people by adding an extra bed to our Superior Twin Room or Royal Twin Room.
- Children of elementary school age or younger can co-sleep for free, one child per bed. Baby cribs are available for children up to 0 years old, but quantities are limited, and only certain rooms can accommodate a baby crib, so please inquire with the hotel in advance.
- Normal check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. This may vary depending on your reservation plan.
- Early check-in is available for 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour, but we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the day's reservation status. If you wish to check in before 11:00 AM, you will need to book an additional night from the previous day. Please contact the hotel for details.
- The normal check-out time is 11:00 AM. An extension fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour applies, up to a maximum of 2:00 PM. Extensions beyond 2:00 PM will incur a charge for one night's stay. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the day's reservation status.
- If we do not receive contact for more than two hours after your registered check-in time, your reservation may be canceled. If you will be more than two hours late, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance. Also, for security reasons, the automatic entrance doors will be locked from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM the next morning. If you need to enter during this time, please use the intercom at the entrance.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing animals other than assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.
- It is possible to have the recipient name as a company name. If you paid at the automatic payment machine during check-in, a receipt-type receipt will be issued. We also accept requests for handwritten private receipts.
- Please note that charges for items purchased, added, or used separately at the hotel that are not included in your accommodation package at the time of booking cannot be combined with the room charge and issued as a single "accommodation fee" receipt.
- If you selected advance card payment when making your reservation, you will need to issue the receipt yourself online. The hotel does not issue these receipts.
- There is a self-service coin laundry room on the 3rd floor. It is available 24 hours a day, and detergent is automatically dispensed. The prices are: wash to dry (standard up to 3kg) 120 minutes for 500 yen, wash to dry (small load up to 1kg) 80 minutes for 400 yen, wash only (up to 6kg) 35 minutes for 300 yen, dry only (up to 3kg) 30 minutes for 100 yen. 100 yen coins or electronic money can be used.
