- Yes, we have a parking lot for 60 cars, available for 800 yen (tax included) per night. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If the hotel parking lot is full, we will guide you to nearby parking lots. Parking fees at these lots will be at your own expense, with a maximum of 1,000 yen for 24 hours. Please note that we cannot guarantee parking spaces during consecutive nights or when you go out. If the parking lot becomes full after you have paid the parking fee, we will issue a refund.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. These times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- The front desk is open 24 hours, but the main entrance is locked between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. We will provide you with an unlock code at check-in.
- Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) and wired LAN are available free of charge in all guest rooms. Please check the Wi-Fi password on the card in your room or on the hotel information on the TV.

- Breakfast is served at the restaurant "Kotonoha" on the 1st floor, from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (last order 9:30 AM). You can choose between a Japanese set meal or a Western set meal at check-in. A **half-buffet** is also included, offering rice, bread, miso soup, curry, several side dishes, and dessert. Even if you choose the Western set meal, you can enjoy Japanese food from the half-buffet. For group guests, we kindly request that you unify your choice to the Japanese set meal.
- Valuables can be stored at the front desk.
- It is a 5-minute walk from the North Exit rotary of JR Izumoshi Station.
- Toothbrush sets are provided in the guest rooms. Other amenities (razors, body sponges, cotton swabs, hairbrushes, drip coffee, green tea, black tea, kombu tea) are available at the front desk, so please take what you need.
- Yukata or gowns are not available in the guest rooms. Please pick them up from the rental shelf in front of the elevator on each floor. Pillows are also available on the rental shelf.
