If you are using public transportation, it is about a 12-minute drive from JR Hisatsu Line "Hinatayama Station", about a 15-minute drive from JR Hisatsu Line "Hayato Station", and about a 15-minute drive from JR Nippo Main Line "Kokubu Station". There are signs for "Koshikano Onsen" and directional signs nearby, so you can come with peace of mind even if your navigation system is not set up correctly.

We offer free sauna hat rentals at the front desk, so please use them to protect your scalp and hair from the heat and to prevent your face from getting flushed.
- Guest rooms are non-smoking, but we have designated smoking areas on the premises. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard space on the 1st floor, the smoking area on the 2nd floor, and the outdoor space of the glamping area.
- For guests not accompanied by pets, we may be able to offer rooms where cages and amenities have been removed in advance. In some rooms, the built-in cage may remain, but we thoroughly implement deodorization measures, so you can relax comfortably in a spacious environment.

- If a dog has not been vaccinated against rabies, we will refuse accommodation for any reason. This is a mandatory vaccination for the safety of other guests and staff. However, for viral infectious diseases (5-in-1 or more mixed vaccine), accommodation is possible with the presentation of a vaccination deferral certificate. As a condition for dog accommodation, dogs must have received rabies and viral infectious disease (5-in-1 or more mixed vaccine) vaccinations, and it must be more than 2 weeks and less than 1 year since vaccination. For other precautions, please refer to the FAQ "Are there any precautions for staying with pets?".
- The following conditions and precautions apply to stays with pets, and you will be asked to agree to understand and comply with them at check-in. - Dogs weighing up to 40kg can stay. Due to the size of the cages, the number of dogs that can stay at one time is limited to one large dog, or two small to medium-sized dogs. Depending on the room size, glamping allows small to large dogs, but Onsen Ryokan Glamping (Room 101) is limited to small dogs only. Dogs of medium size or larger (over 10kg) should use glamping. Our hotel has one pet-friendly facility in the main building and one in glamping, each equipped with a human-use natural hot spring and a dog-only bathtub.
