- There is no curfew, but the automatic door on the 1st floor is locked from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Please contact staff using the intercom on the right side of the automatic door. Guests who have already checked in can enter by holding their card key over the reader.

- All ladies' rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with the following exclusive amenities: - ReFa shower head, hairdryer, hair iron - Triple mirror The ladies' area on the 13th floor is for women only, and a special card key is required for entry. You can use the dedicated staircase to access the public bath on the 14th floor without encountering men.
- For environmental protection, room cleaning during consecutive stays will only include towel and bath towel exchange, trash collection, and mineral water replenishment; no entry cleaning will be performed. For hygiene management, room cleaning will be performed on the 4th night. If you wish to have entry cleaning on days other than the scheduled cleaning day, it will be provided for an additional fee; please inform the front desk by 10:00 AM on the day.
- Blankets, hair irons, irons, trouser presses, sewing kits, thermometers, wine openers, wine glasses, wine coolers, ice packs, and nail clippers are available. Please note that quantities are limited and advance reservations are not possible.
