- Internet connection is not available in guest rooms. Free wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available in the cafe corner and front lobby on the 1st floor. Please bring your own PC as we do not provide them.
- The guest rooms are equipped with the following amenities: - Central air conditioning (heating and cooling) - Yukata and geta for standard rooms - Face towel, bath towel - Toothbrush - Kettle - Safe (free) - Refrigerator - Wide-screen LCD TV (terrestrial and BS digital compatible) - All rooms have shower toilets with heating function - Telephone (outgoing calls are charged) Some rooms also have a unit bath (body soap and shampoo with conditioner).
- All rooms are equipped with an empty refrigerator, and you are welcome to bring in alcoholic beverages, juices, etc. However, bringing them into the restaurant is not permitted.
- All guest rooms, except for the Japanese-style rooms without a bath in the main building, come with a hot spring bath.
- You can use the free safe in your room. We can also keep your valuables at the front desk.
- As of April 1, 2024, all guest rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- We can provide rooms without steps. Toilets are equipped with handrails, and private baths with handrails are also available.
- We will ask for your preferred times for dinner between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and for breakfast between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. If you will be arriving late, please contact us, and we can accommodate a last dinner start time until 8:00 PM.
- Both dinner and breakfast will be served in the large hall. For group guests, we will prepare a banquet hall. Meals are kaiseki cuisine made with local ingredients. We also have a wide selection of drinks.
- Depending on the type of allergy, we can accommodate meals that remove allergens such as "eggs" or "milk." Please specify the exact ingredients in advance.
- The banquet hall can be used for a fee from 2 people (1,100 yen per person). It can accommodate up to 200 people. The last usage time is until 10:00 PM.
- We offer a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan. It includes beer, shochu, sake, chuhai, and soft drinks.
- We have meeting rooms available for various group sizes, and whiteboards and microphones can also be used. This service is only available to guests staying or dining with us.
- We have the following equipment available. You can also reserve equipment when making your room reservation. - Whiteboard (free) - Microphone (free) - Karaoke (11,000 yen for 2 hours) - Screen (5,500 yen for 2 hours)
- There is no ice machine, but we will provide ice free of charge at the front desk.
