- While there is no parking on the hotel premises, we have several affiliated parking lots. You can use them for 1,300 yen per night (3:00 PM - 10:00 AM the next day). Re-entry is not permitted. Some parking lots have height restrictions. There is no parking for motorcycles or bicycles. Please note that due to the Flower Festival held annually from May 3rd to May 5th, we cannot provide parking guidance.
- The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Peace Memorial Park and the downtown area. From JR Hiroshima Station, take the streetcar and get off at "Chuden-mae" stop, then it's a 1-minute walk. From Hiroshima Airport, it's about a 60-minute ride by limousine bus.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- We offer the following rental items. Please inquire at the front desk. - Choice foot pillow - Mobile phone charger (excluding some specifications) - Humidifier - Iron and ironing board - Desk lamp - Thermometer - Ice pack - Blanket - Umbrella - Nail clippers - Sewing kit Please note that these are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
- Our hotel's complimentary breakfast service is served buffet style. Children sleeping in the same bed can also enjoy it for free. We also have seasonal menus, so please give them a try.

- Unfortunately, there is no public bath.
- Children up to the 6th grade of elementary school who co-sleep in the same bed with a guardian in the same room can stay for free. If you have children under elementary school age (infants), please enter the number of children and search for either "with meals" or "without meals and futon." In a twin room with two beds, if a child uses a bed alone, they are not eligible for free co-sleeping and must be booked as an adult. Toothbrushes and towels for co-sleeping children are provided free of charge. The complimentary breakfast service is also available.

- If you are concerned about allergies, please speak to the front desk. We have a list of allergens available. We do not offer individual accommodations.
- We have a limited number of baby chairs available. Children's tableware is also available, so please ask a staff member if you need them.
- Unfortunately, we do not provide pajamas for children. If adult sizes are acceptable, they are available in the lobby for your use.
- Co-sleeping is free for children up to the 6th grade of elementary school (12 years old).
