- Normally, you can use the same room for the number of nights you have booked. However, if you have booked separately for each night, you may be asked to change rooms. Also, please note that we cannot guarantee the use of the same room if you extend your stay.
- The reservation amount will be settled at check-in, and additional charges will be settled at check-out. If someone other than the guest is paying, advance payment or settlement before check-in is possible. We do not accept bank transfers for settlement.
- We will issue receipts only for accommodation fees, breakfast fees, and parking fees paid at the hotel. Please be sure to inform us of the recipient's name and proviso at check-in. Receipts will be handed over at check-out. Reissuance is not possible after check-out or in case of loss.
- From April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Hokkaido and Sapporo City. The following tax amounts will be levied per person per night, depending on the accommodation fee (room-only rate, excluding tax). - Accommodation fee less than 20,000 yen: 300 yen (Hokkaido 100 yen, Sapporo City 200 yen) - Accommodation fee 20,000 yen to less than 50,000 yen: 400 yen (Hokkaido 200 yen, Sapporo City 200 yen) - Accommodation fee 50,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen (Hokkaido 500 yen, Sapporo City 500 yen) The accommodation fees listed on the website do not include the accommodation tax, and it must be paid separately at the hotel.
- All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. Guests who smoke are requested to use the smoking booths on the 1st, 7th, and 10th floors. We do not accept requests for specific smoking booth floors.
- The following three room types face Odori Park: - Parkside Double Room (19.4㎡) - Parkside Twin Room (22.7㎡～) - Japanese-Western Style Room (46.0㎡) Other room types do not face Odori Park.
- Baby cribs can only be arranged for Parkside Twin (23.3㎡～) rooms. Due to room space, they cannot be used in other room types. There is a limited number of cribs and they are free, but if you wish to use one, please contact the hotel before making a reservation.
- Co-sleeping for preschool children is free. Children of elementary school age and above will be charged adult rates. Co-sleeping is available for up to one child per bed and one set of bedding. For example, if one adult and one elementary school child are staying in a twin room, up to two preschool children can co-sleep.
- Check-in before 3:00 PM or check-out after 11:00 AM is available for 1,000 yen per room per hour. However, depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
- Cleaning services (for a fee) are available at the front desk. If you drop off your laundry by 10:00 AM, it will be ready by 6:00 PM on the same day (closed during New Year holidays). Additionally, there is a coin laundry on the 14th floor with two washing machines (40 minutes/300 yen) and two dryers (30 minutes/100 yen). Detergent is automatically dispensed.
- The public bath is available from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next morning. It is for hotel guests only and there is no charge. Children up to 3 years old must be accompanied by a guardian to use the bath. You can go to the public bath in your room wear and slippers.
- The hotel faces Odori Park and is conveniently located for shopping and dining. Access to major tourist attractions is as follows: - Odori Park: Approx. 1 minute walk - Sapporo TV Tower: Approx. 5 minutes walk - Sapporo Clock Tower: Approx. 8 minutes walk - Nijo Market: Approx. 15 minutes walk
